New To NCC?

Attending a new church can be a fascinating yet frightening experience for most people. Few things are familiar while most things are different. We understand those feelings when it comes to attending a new church. We’ve been there. We were new here once ourselves. We understand that being new isn’t easy and that’s why we make you feel welcomed as soon as you enter our building.
Here at NCC, we are a family church where everyone feels at home. We hope you feel at home here!

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT

Parking: We have plenty of spaces and since you’re visiting, we have dedicated parking for you by our front entrance! If you drive by and our main parking lot is full, park in our upper parking lot on Smithtown Blvd.

When you arrive: You will be greeted by someone from our Hospitality Team. You are welcome to ask our team any questions you have. Make sure you grab communion as you enter the sanctuary.

Connection Cafe: Feel free to visit our cafe, located downstairs, right after our 10:00am worship service! We will have FREE coffee and bagels for you and your family to enjoy. This is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other families from our church.

Adult Worship: Every week you will find a way to worship through song led by our amazing worship team.  We celebrate communion each week to remember the core message of our faith.  There is also a weekly message from the Bible that is meaningful and relevant to your life.

What should I wear?: Wear what you’ll be comfortable wearing. Dress is relaxed and casual, and that means everybody, from our staff and volunteers to those attending services.

Youth & Children's Programming

Nursery and Preschool Classes: There will be nursery available during our worship service (10:00am).  We are intentional to provide a quality Nursery/Preschool Program. Your child will be greeted by friendly and caring teachers who have all gone through training and criminal background checks. All teachers must be members of NCC for six months before they are permitted to work with our children. Preschool programs can be found on the second floor.

Elementary Age Classes: During our worship service (10:00am), your elementary age child will be in a class where they will learn God’s Word, make crafts and enjoy a smaller group experience.

Middle and High School Students: During our worship service (10:00am), our teens (grades 6th-12th) meet in our “Youth House” which is the house right beside our upper parking lot. Your teen will experience a time of student-led worship, communion, offering, and a fun, interactive, and biblically-based lesson geared to their age and needs. We have a lot of opportunities that your teen can connect, serve, and grow their faith in Jesus.
